Create the Life you Want to Live
Who are you, really??
What makes you come alive?
What’s got you feeling stuck?
Life Coaching can help you answer these questions and so much more.
If you’re drawing a blank or maybe the answers seem like they belong to someone else, then the real you may have gotten lost along the way.
That’s okay. You’re not alone. So many women can honestly say, “I’ve lost myself.” I was one of them.
The good news is, you’re not as lost as you think. And the road to rediscovering yourself and creating the life you want to live is just a click away.
How does life coaching work?
First, we identify where you are and then where you want to be. Then we create an action plan to make that happen. The space in between is where I help you make decisions. It’s truly that simply (not easy, but simple). Here’s a blog post that digs deeper into this topic: Everything you need to know about hiring a life coach.
What you can expect from a discovery call:
A Discovery Call is where we discuss what road blocks and stops you’re experiencing in your life. There are no strings attached. It’s a conversation to see if we are a good fit to work together. At the very least, a Discovery Call will help you gain perspective on your current situation and potential solutions to resolving those issues.
What you can expect if we work together:
We’ll create a custom plan that suits your needs. This will include a set amount of 1:1 coaching meetings over zoom, homework specifically designed for you, a check-in process between coaching sessions, and a mid-program evaluation to assess progress toward your end goals.
What NOT to expect if we work together:
I do not lecture, judge or preach. Your values and beliefs are what make you YOU. I respect the autonomy of each individual and my goal is to help you make decisions about your life that you would like to change or implement.
Take the next step:
Book your Discovery Call. Remember, there are no strings attached. I can help you gain clarity, direction, and a vision for the future. I’m here to help.
